West Leinster Cross Country Trials

On Thursday the 4th of February the Cross Country Teams attended the West Leinster Championships in the Phoenix Park. The First Year team that consisted of Roisin Nolan, Sinead O’Connor, Emer Pierce Keogh, Michelle O’Dea and Elizabeth Fitzsimons came overall in second place. Roisin Nolan also won a bronze medal in the individual competition. The intermediate team of Chloe Abbot, Niamh Tallon, Orla Gowran, Caoimhe McCormack, Sarah Bourke, Kelly Newman and Jessica Multugh also finish overall second. These two teams will now qualify for the Leinster Championships. Well done to all the girls who competed.
