Solheim Cup2011

On Friday, 23rd September Mr. Lawlor took 23 students to the Solheim Cup in Kileen Castle, Co. Meath. Most of us had never been to an international golf tournament before and we were anxious to see what the day would entail. We managed to sneak our way into the grand stand and watch the golfer’s tee off the first hole. The atmosphere was electric and the banter between the hardcore European and American supporters surpassed our expectations. All in all it was an amazing day and an experience none of us will ever forget, thanks Sir!
